There is a window of time
known as the “Confluence Age”
a short period of time that is between
the darkness and the light
It’s a window, we have, as souls,
To awaken, realize who we are, as souls
and meet our Spiritual Parent
the Divine
the One who is here to teach us, and remind us
of who we are
This One only plays His part on the world stage
Once
at this time
To help us return to our stage of Truth
God’s Presence can be felt
stronger than ever
And we are given an opportunity to take His direction
to return to our natural state
of Purity and Peace
This is a small window
and it’s one to be cherished and valued
with all One’s heart
never to be wasted
To be used to transform the self
Surrender all vices
Remember and refill with full Light
and help our brother souls
to do the same
The Time has been given
There is only a very small window left
And so what will you do with these final moments of transformation?
If this was the only time you had, to refill yourself
What would you do?
Perhaps you would learn meditation
Take spiritual knowledge
Practice having remembrance of the Supreme, at every step
Refill yourself with all virtues
There are treasure to be gained
Blessings to be received
Transformation to occur
It all starts with your awareness of the value of this time
How precious
and rare
it is

“He who is without sin can cast the first stone.”
We live in a time
when stones are being cast
left and right
many are stones from the mouth
many more are the stones of thought
We see it in our homes, in our communities and in our countries at large
Souls who have public or political positions
are often the target
yet there is really no boundary to how common this has become
And yet, this quote, hopefully..
makes us stop to think for a few minutes
…
He who is without sin…
can cast the first stone…
This wisdom takes us inside…
rather than outside…
To look within ourselves
and change ourselves
rather than continue casting stones in our actions, words and thoughts
at others
It makes us realize
we are the ones to look at
to change
to transform
There isn’t time to waste worrying about, criticizing and blaming others
There is only time to look at ourselves
deeply look at ourselves
and with the help of the Divine
change ourselves
The best we can do, is give all other souls good wishes
regardless of our opinion about how good or bad they are
All of this is a trap
that keeps us forever deluded
as if under a spell of ignorance
in which we cannot even see our own self
our own thoughts
our own being
When we look inside, we find that
I, the self, the soul
have become weakened
This is true for every soul
And so now is the time to regain strength
once again
by charging the battery of the soul
with the Supreme
God is the only One who can refill us
who can remove the burden of sin on our heads
He is the Remover of Sorrow
and Bestower of Fortune
This One, the Incorporeal God,
Our Beloved Friend
is the Helper and Guide
For All souls of All religions
No one is left out
of our Divine Family
And so,
Let us find the humility and truth within our hearts
to no longer cast stones upon others,
whether in our actions, words or thoughts
Let us find the courage within
to look inside
and clean out
all that doesn’t belong
to refill with full light
by taking the helping hand of our Beloved Companion
our Sweet Friend
who is here to take all of our burden and baggage
and return us to our natural state of Light
Let us be free from casting stones
and begin to bestow flowers

God is carrying Me
is the consciousness
of the soul
who is liberated
We’ve been going through life
with the consciousness that
“I, me, my… I’m the doer… It’s all about me…”
Yet, it is now Time to surrender.
The time has come in the cycle of life, when, frankly,
If we’re humble
We realize we can use some help
It’s not that we can become pure by chanting mantras or bathing in the ganges,
reciting affirmations or doing yoga poses
It’s now that Time when the One has come
to play His part on the stage of life
And it’s Time to take that One’s hand
And let that One, God, the Divine, carry us
It’s time for “We”
not “I”
It’s time for “You”
not “me”
It’s time to let go of all of our stories, burdens and concerns
And give them to the Purifier
Who has come here to purify us
and take us back Home
For we have forgotten the way back Home
and so
He has to come
Let us take His hand, and follow our Sweet Beloved Mother/Father God
Home to Truth
We are like children who have stayed outside playing for too long
and have gotten all dirty
We’ve lost touch with what is true and pure
The way the world presents life
is backwards
degraded
and we’ve all become quite confused
And so,
let us take His hand
Let us all feel our belonging
to the One, God, the Divine
The Being who is the Bestower of Fortune
The Embodiment of Bliss
The One who Knows us
More than we know ourselves
Let us take that One’s hand
And let ourselves be carried
Through this dark chapter in the story of humanity
that actually becomes the Lightest chapter
when we take the Hand
of God
and are carried by His Love
in this Confluence Age
between Old and New
Let yourself be carried
Surrender to the Flame
Surrender to the One
The Ocean of Love
The Ocean of Peace
The Ocean of Truth
Let yourself let go
and be Held.

God, the Friend
is your sweetest companion
This One is known as the Friend
Because of the unending love, power and peace
that emanates from the Heart
of this One
We can feel comforted and safe to know
amidst all of the chaos and hustle of life
there is freedom and security in God’s lap
Come close to Him, and He will cradle you with love
When I use “He”, I know some don’t resonate
Yet, this One is truly genderless, as all of us souls are
So don’t let that stop you
from feeling this One’s Friendship
You are blessed by this One
Beyond what you can see and perceive
You are a light in His heart
A star in His eyes
A special child
to help in the task
of transforming this world
So work like an Angel
for God
despite any situation or circumstance
Rely on His power and strength
And be one who emanates pure love and blessings
upon all
This is the grace of these times
They are dark times on one hand
and the very brightest on the other
And our experience of this depends largely on how much we can feel
God to be our Friend
Our Companion
Our Guide
Our Teacher
Our Mother
and Our Father
Let this One into your heart
Release any human reasons for keeping God out
And let Him in
So you can feel the comfort of Eternal Friendship
and Truth
And Bask in the constant Light and Peace
that He fills you with
This is your birthright
and it is also the call of these sacred
Times
Feel God
the One
as your Friend.

Create a spiritual sanctuary
for yourself
and others who come into your home
It feels so good to be back
In my own sanctuary
where I’ve spent hours and hours in remembrance of the One
and the love is so deeply felt
When we travel we have an opportunity to become more stable
unshakeable
in any and every environment
It’s very good, and we learn so much
Just coming back home from Kauai today
My heart is filled with gratitude for the experience
the fullness
the depth
the beauty
the awakening
the service
the support of another home being a spiritual oasis
and my heart is filled with love to come home,
to a spiritual sanctuary
too
filled with God’s energy
When we sit in remembrance of that One
on a very regular basis
Our home becomes like a pilgrimage place
a place where God’s remembrance is filled
This is one of the most lovely things we can create for ourselves
and for others who enter our home
It’s a base of pure spiritual power
that provides us a foundation with which we can fly
Life will always test us
as ultimately our foundation must be incorporeal
beyond the material
Yet creating a sanctuary vibration in your home
will give you great strength
I’m grateful to be here
and grateful to write again
It’s the most wonderful thing in the world to bask in the Remembrance
of the One
and let those vibrations carry your mind and heart
into such peace
It’s a wonderful thing
to create a Godly sanctuary
