Sometimes we need to say “I’m sorry”

Sometimes in life,
we need to say, “I’m sorry,”
we need to apologize
to anyone we have hurt
In the world’s view
this is seen as defeat
It is thought of as being weak
Yet, really,
“I’m sorry”
is also soul conscious
Is it acknowledging, with humility,
that there was a mistake
To bow down
To have an honest heart
To be able to acknowledge a mistake
is the way we heal and change
Think about all of the wars going on
No one is willing to bow down and say,
“I’m sorry”
It’s all about…
“you did this wrong”
“I am right”
etc.
But what if we could all look deep within our own hearts…
and apologize to those we have hurt
make amends with past wrongs
acknowledge when we have not acted in our highest way
I think the world could experience a great healing
Or at least, we could each feel more healed in ourselves, and relations
It’s a cleansing act for the heart
to acknowledge a wrong and say, “I’m sorry”
and to really mean it, from the depth of the heart
For this is honoring and loving one another
Being willing to bow down
Being willing to be wrong
Being willing to let go
of all the ego’s arrogance
May we forgive our brothers and sisters for wrongs they have done to us
May we forgive ourselves for wrongs we have done to others
And may we cleanse our hearts by going ahead and saying, “I’m sorry”
to those we need to say it to,

May our hearts be free.
in the healing light of the Supreme
whose Love makes us humble
and filled with love and forgiveness
for others and ourselves.

There are 2 qualities
that are very important in life
These are qualities that bring us great peace and happiness
And allow us to maintain a connection to the One
No matter what
Patience
and
Sincerity
When we can be patient, and sincere
and approach our life journey
our spiritual journey
our relationships
and our inner journey
with these qualities
It is as though cool waters
of wisdom continue to nourish us
and pour forth from our being
Patience gives humility and respect
It keeps us safe from becoming lost in action
It keeps us safe from becoming upset
It keeps us safe from arrogance or frustration
Patience keeps our hearts happy
and our minds cool
So too, we must be sincere in our spiritual efforts
and in our entire way of being
To be sincere is to be loving and filled with truth
It is to mean what you say
To be aligned in thoughts, words and deeds
We need patience to develop such truth
And these two qualities together
do wonders for the soul
patience and sincerity
Love is patient
Love is sincere
This is how we must approach our relationship to the Divine
With such patience, depth and sincerity
Then we will come to know that One
with great love and clarity
We will come to feel the Presence of Love
filling our hearts
all the time
Adopt these two qualities
Patience
and
Sincerity
and watch wonders
unfold in your life
Great happiness and peace
will be yours.
Be patient.

So they override any acquired negative energies
You are a gift to the world
A divine treasure
so let yourself be opened with love and let your gifts be shared
You are a precious child of the One
And it is an absolute joy for each one of us, your brother and sister souls,
to witness and receive your beautiful gifts and virtues
See the virtues in others
Share your virtues
And we will all become very full and very virtuous souls
This is what the One above wants for us
To live with such love, mercy and kindness
That the world as we know it
is transformed
