in this wonderful drama

We can be bathing in the ocean of pure love
feeling the energy field of the Divine all around us
Soothing
Healing
Comforting
Bringing the mind beyond sound
Beyond attraction and pull
When the mind becomes Silent
the soul is at peace
Let yourself bathe in the Ocean of peace
And feel silence come over your mind
Even whilst sound and movement are happening
You can remain beyond, peaceful and in pure enjoyment
of it all.

pulsing

The One Being

divine children
This ever-giving presence of love
is like a life-giving sun
a spiritual being

that this one

our Parent
the one we call God
Feel His/Her Love

and filling you with bliss
peace
and great happiness
Let all sorrow and worry
be taken away
and all that is left

Peace, Beyond Positionality
Peace and unity are achieved
when we have the courage
to go beyond positionality
Peace isn’t achieved when we still have residue of
this one is right
this is one is wrong
i.e. in terms of election,
this candidate is good
this candidate is bad.
etc…
I’ve been seeing some initiatives for unity
yet there is still a position behind many of them that
this candidate is good
this one is bad
that’s not how peace is achieved.
Have love for both
Have good wishes for both
Have good thoughts for both
Recognize that we are at a time of the human story
when there is corruption
within and without
so rather than pointing fingers ‘out there’
we look within,
and we have compassion
deep compassion
unlimited Mercy
deep Mercy
for both ‘sides’
for both candidates
for all souls.
Nothing will be achieved by contributing to the ‘divide’
in your own mind
Choose your candidate
of course
yet still have love and mercy for the other.

In order to fly, we must remain light

When we get into the consciousness of
“I need to do this,”
“I have to do this,”
We become heavy
When we are heavy, we cannot fly
and it takes us a long time to reach our destination
Yet, when we are light
When we are in trust
with our intention being
for the highest good
for all
We can do every task with lightness
We can fly with everything we are doing
For this
We must keep our minds very clear
linked with the One, the Beloved
and allow our true hearts
linked in love for that One
to lead the way.

As I was walking back from a morning walk
I heard these words
echoing in my mind
so loud and clear
amidst the silent, still, golden atmosphere around me
It was as if Cathedral Rock, could hear my thoughts
Become your own teacher
and all weaknesses will automatically finish
It made sense to me on a non-conceptual level
Within, there is an immense amount of wisdom
consciousness within the self, that is pure and untainted
When we choose to link our minds and hearts with
the Divine
the Source of all Knowledge and Truth
We are able to become our own teacher,
I thought
It isn’t that we do this alone
or without any guidance
But rather,
I understood this to mean
When we are willing to surrender our own limited thinking
to the One
and purify our mind
immerse our mind
in divine light
We are actually able
to become our own teacher
It’s the final result
of returning to our natural state
of self-sovereignty
truth
and wisdom
Yet, consider this, if the mind is always experiencing the thought
“I will become my own teacher.”
What will be experienced?
That of becoming.
When the mind is experiencing the thought
“I am my own teacher, and all weakness finishes.”
What happens?
I, the soul, experience the truth of this.
Originally and eternally, we are truth
in the bodiless stage
of the self
Experiment with this thought:

with the complete humility and surrender to the Divine

the stories we tell and the meaning they have
The stories we tell
and the meaning they have
today I found myself making a silly mistake
I left a few opened cardboard boxes outside with foam packaging materials
It was a windy day
and they blew all over the place
I knew I could have prevented this problem, but I didn’t,
so, I went to project clean-up
I was pleasantly surprised with myself
that I didn’t go into impatience, irritation or self-criticism
I was actually patient, kind and easy
I knew if I just picked up one at a time, even those under the house
and between spikey cactus parts
– I’d get the job done
As I was cleaning up
I reflected on how symbolic this situation was of life
Many mistakes we’ve made in life
the actions and forgetfulness that have brought us away from our natural
soul-conscious, spiritually filled, peaceful, place
is simply carelessness
lack of attention
one by one, little things that didn’t seem to ‘matter’
simply added up
and became bigger things
bigger bad habits
bigger mistakes
bigger forgetfulness…
yet, it started as innocent carelessness
And, that’s ok
It’s the story of life
We can try and argue with it
but that won’t help matters
– So back to clean up –
I realized that if we can just acknowledge the mess we’ve made
inside and out
we can then patiently, and lovingly, clean it up.
It didn’t actually take me very long.
Yet, I knew, if I had reacted with anger, impatience or judgement
or, ‘I’m too busy for this’
The process would have been very painful
Take a while
And likely result in causing more problems,
such as getting pricked by cacti
or getting my clothes dirty etc.
Yet, it was seamless.
There were a few foam pieces I couldn’t get to
And that too, was ok for now too
And so –
I think this is like life
Let’s just approach our process of awakening
letting go and clean up
patiently, consistently
and with perseverance
Clean up as much as you can today, with love
without judgment
with compassion
and the bits you weren’t able to get to,
you can get them tomorrow
surrender all your concerns, to the One
‘Have Patience, O Mind, your days of happiness are about to come’

A lighthouse
gives light and direction to all
It stands strong in itself, tall and powerful
Shining light in all directions
A lighthouse is a guidepost for those who have lost their way
It is a north star
to guide souls back home
Do you know the key to the most powerful lighthouse?
The most powerful lighthouse
actually connects souls – with the Highest One
The lighthouse knows the light it is emitting
Is being constantly filled by the One above
Therefore, be a lighthouse
who is combined with the Supreme Lighthouse
You will never become tired
You will never become weary
You will always feel charged and happy
As there is endless
light
to be received
and
shared.

The costume we wear everyday
this body
is a costume
Just like on Halloween we dress up
Everyday, I, the soul, is dressed up in this costume
It’s a costume that is entertaining
With a role to play, a specific ‘part’
in the grand play of life
What costume are you wearing?
What’s your role? Your part?
Are you aware this is your costume?
It’s a good thing to ask ourselves
How aware we are
You, the light, the soul
Are non-material
You are light
This costume, this body
is made of matter
Appreciate it
Play your role well
Wear your costume
And
Remember,
You are light
You are free
You are not your role
You are not your costume
You are an actor
Act on!
